Study Links Vegetarianism To Non-Conformity, Ambition
Vegetarians might be less benevolent than meat-eaters. That's according to a new study out of Poland that found vegetarians scored lower on values like caring for others and a desire for security when compared to meat-eaters. Vegetarians also scored higher on values related to personal power and achievement. The participants were rated on a well-known psychological framework that measures what drives human behavior. Vegetarians were also less likely to care about conformity and maintaining social traditions.
