According to his attorney, Siragusa wants Taco Bell to end its “unfair and materially misleading advertising,” and pay damages to customers who have purchased Mexican pizzas and three types of crunch wraps.

Frank Siragusa filed the lawsuit in federal court on Monday arguing that the Mexican Pizza he was served didn't contain the amount of meat and beans that appear in an advertisement for the menu item. The lawsuit included side-by-side photos to show the meat and bean disparity.
