The guy was an idiot and pestered Tyson. He deserved what he got and Tyson shouldn't have been charged.
Mike's fists are lethal weapons. He could have killed the guy. He should be charged with assault.
The guy is probably happy with his 15 minutes of fame. Plus, he hopefully learned to never bother a heavyweight champion ever again.
The San Mateo County (California) District Attorney said due to "the conduct of the victim leading up to the incident, the interaction between Mr. Tyson and the victim, as well as the requests of both the victim and Mr. Tyson" no charges will be filed. "Iron Mike" lost his cool on a Jet Blue flight and delivered a fury of punches to the head and face of a drunk passenger who wouldn't leave him alone. The incident was captured on video by another passenger. Tyson eventually walked off the plane and the other guy received medical attention. (TMZ)
