Happy Birthday SZA!

It's SZA'a Birthday!

SZA's long journey to the top began in the early 2010s, when she released two EP's See.SZA.Run, and S, before signing with Top Dawg Entertainment.

She released Z, her third EP and the debut album, Ctrl in 2017, which debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 and certified double platinum. At the Grammy's, the album earned her four nominations, including Best New Artist.

In 2017, she was featured on Maroon 5's "What Lovers Do", and the next year, she collaborated with Kendrick Lamar on "All the Stars" for the Black Panther soundtrack. She was nominated for the Golden Globe Award and the Academy Award for Best Original Song. This year, she released the single "Good Days" and featured on Doja Cat's "Kiss Me More", both of which reached the top 10.

SZA’ recent success has been tied to her SOS album, which has a 4x platinum plaque for “Good Days,” 2x platinum for “Supermodel” and “I Hate You.” She even received additional plaques for the singles “Shirt” and “Kill Bill.”

SZA's success of late has only been rivaled by Beyonce' & Taylor Swift so her birthday is definitely a happy one!
