Drake wants no parts of the "frivolous" $4 billion lawsuit filed against him by a woman who was arrested for breaking into his home back in 2017. According to reports, the "Way 2 Sexy" rapper has requested the dismissal of suit, filed by Mesha Collins back in August, who has accused the rapper of defamation.

Radar Online obtained documents of the lawsuit, in which Collins claims that Drake, real name Aubrey Drake Graham, used her name and likeness via his music, social media, and product endorsements. However, Drizzy fired back at the accusations, denying ever defaming Collins, noting that her “frivolous” lawsuit was based on “delusional figments of her imagination.” He said in a statement:

“I do not know Plaintiff. I have never met her and have never communicated with her. I did not even know of Plaintiff until this lawsuit was filed and served. Indeed, I was unaware of Plaintiff’s identity, name, or where she alleges she lives until the filing and service of this lawsuit."

He continued:

"In April 2017, somebody broke into my Los Angeles home when I was not there. At the time of that incident, I was not told any details about the trespasser, including her name. I do not know Plaintiff. I have never met her and have never communicated with her. I did not even know of Plaintiff until this lawsuit was filed and served. Indeed, I was unaware of Plaintiff’s identity, name, or where she alleges she lives until the filing and service of this lawsuit.”

Collins was arrested in 2017 after police found her inside the rapper's home, having locked herself in a room after drinking some of his refreshments. She was released from jail after posting a $100,000 bail, and Drake opted not to press charges.

The decision for judges to dismiss the lawsuit is still pending.
