Lamar Odom's Son Apologizes For Slamming His Dad's New Fiancee

Sadly, Lamar Odom's son, Lamar Morales-Odom Jr., found out about his father's engagement with the rest of the world.

On Monday (November 11), the former NBA player announced on Instagram that he proposed to his girlfriend of a few months, Sabrina Parr. "Introducing my new fiancé!! Soon to be Mrs. Parr-Odom. She the ONE!!!!," he captioned a smiling post-proposal shot of the two. However, not everyone was ready to meet the next Parr-Odom.

After being blindsided by news of his father's proposal, Lamar Jr. expressed his disapproval of his dad's engagement and his dislike of his soon-to-be stepmom. "Not a txt or phone call to see how people who've known this dude his whole life to see how we would feel or react," the teen allegedly wrote under his father's engagement post, per The Shade Room. "Knew shawty for 4 months and already got you twisted, fam n friends already don't approve of homegirl but she already got your a** in a sunken place. Shame family gotta find out on social media but that's been how life been all the time as a son of an odom."

However, after a few hours of being in his feelings, Lamar Jr. returned to social media to apologize for his hurtful words. "Last night I was emotional seeing my father got engaged through social media," the 17-year-old captioned a throwback photo of him and his sister, Destiny Morales-Odom, with their dad. "I was hurt and caught off guard."

"At the end of the day, I am a teenager, that is becoming a young man," he continued. "I have to be responsible for what I post, I have nothing but love for my dad and want what's best for him."
