Ross dropped $1 million on 87 acres of land in Fayetteville, GA.
The plot of land, comes with 2 houses on the property that could be renovated or could be used as rentals. Ross made the purchase as a property investment that's adjacent to his estate. The compound Ross owns nearby features an astonishing 109 rooms, including 12 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms that used to belong to Evander Holyfield.
Now, Rick has room to expand as far as his eyes can see.
Wouldn't it be something if has had his own black owned town.
