Wendy Williams Finalizes Divorce From Kevin Hunter 9 Months After Split

It's official — Wendy Williams is a single lady!

A judge signed off on the famed talk show host's divorce on Tuesday (January 21), TMZ reports.

According to legal docs, obtained by the outlet, Wendy and her ex-husband, Kevin Hunter, will equally split the proceeds from their New Jersey home, which is currently on the market. Wendy though will get to keep their house in Florida, where her mother lives, as well all of their furniture. Meanwhile, Kevin gets to keep his Ferrari, Rolls-Royce and the proceeds from a home he owned and recently sold in Morristown, NJ.

When it comes to the former couple's shared production company, Kevin is reportedly planning to sell his portion to Wendy, making her the sole owner.

As fans know, Wendy filed for divorce in April 2019 after 22 years of marriage. The 55-year-old talk show host decided to call it quits after Kevin welcomed a child with his alleged mistress.

"Kevin has a daughter," Wendy told New York Times Magazine in August. "Kevin had a major indiscretion that he will have to deal with for the rest of his life. An indiscretion that I will not deal with," she added. "I never thought that I would be in this position. I’m a very forgiving person, but there’s one thing that I could never be a part of, and that one thing happened."

Wendy and Kevin have one child together, son Kevin Hunter Jr., who is 19.
