Woman In Kevin Hart Sex Tape Holds Press Conference -- Watch It Here

On Wednesday (Sept. 20), the woman filmed with Kevin Hart in his sex tape/extortion video held a press conference where she said that she's a victim, too.

Montia Sabbag is an actress and recording artist. Many have been pointing the finger at her, since Hart revealed that someone was trying to extort millions of dollars from him by leaking a video that showed him and Sabbag in a sexual situation together. The meeting between them occurred about a month ago in Las Vegas. Sabbag is now saying that she's not the one who's been threatening Hart. She adds that she doesn't know who's using the footage of the time she and Hart spent together against the star.

In order to clear her name, Sabbag hired high-power attorney Lisa Bloom to represent her. If Bloom's name sounds familiar to you, she's the same lawyer who represented Blac Chyna in her legal battle with Rob Kardashian.

“I am not an extortionist. I had nothing to do with these recordings,” Sabbag told reporters at the press conference. Bloom added: "It is a crime to secretly put cameras in a private place like a hotel room. It is another crime to secretly record people in a private place. It is yet another crime to distribute those images. Montia is the victim of multiple felonies under state and federal laws."

The lawyer added: “Montia and I are not asking for a cent from Kevin Hart. This is not about money. We are not suing him. We are not making any claims against him. Kevin Hart appears to be the victim of this criminal, just as Montia is a victim of this criminal.” Sabbag will be cooperating with authorities to find the extortionist, along with Hart, too.
